America's Most Endangered Rivers™ for 2011
For 26 years, American Rivers has sounded the alarm on 360 rivers through America’s Most Endangered Rivers report. The report is not a list of the “worst” or most polluted rivers, but is a call to action for rivers at a crossroads, whose fates will be determined in the coming year.

Do You Live and Work within a Nuclear Reactor Accident
Evacuation Zone?

You might be. One-third of Americans live within 50 miles of a nuclear reactor. Check out PSR’s new mapping tool to see if you fall within an evacuation zone and are at risk. The case for Tougher Pollution Standards
The air we breathe is under siege by many types of power plants that violate the Clean Air Act. Earthjustice and other champions aim to enact the strongest possible public health standards for boilers, power plants and cement kilns. Considering the cost of delaying the process to public health, Congress and the White House must act now to support tougher health protections.
